Thank you to everyone who supported our fundraising efforts to help Regina.  We organised a raffle and the children enjoyed a P.J day to help raise funds.  Altogether we raised €803.75.  Well done everyone!

We kick-started our active week with a visit from Lisa who is a national tug of war champion.  Following a chat with the children about the sport and all the equipment it was time for some practice in the school yard.

For our school tour this year we visited Graune Pet Farm near Ballyhaunis.  We had such a fantastic day; from the bus trip, meeting all the farmyard animals, the indoor and outdoor play areas and our picnic!

Sports Day 2017 was action packed with football training sessions, running races, egg and spoon races, sack race, parents races and even a teachers' race!  Lots of fun and laughter along the way.  Huge thanks to Danny's dad, Jason and Tuam Stars G.A.A for use of their facilities.

Following our very entertaining Spring Assembly, the Parents Association held a fundraising bake sale. Lots of delicious cakes and treats were available and it was a lovely social event as well as raising funds for our school.
